this is a term used in description of a situation where a filatious woman...such as a whore or female slut(transvestite men are included) bends over to a near male(horny guy) during a blizzards and starts jerking the mans meat stretch vigorously and when he ejactualates it makes dicksicles(sperm popsicles)

when i was caught in a snow storm with my girlfriend she gave me an alaskian waterpump to keep warm....it was great.
