Sexual act when two people (often switches in power dynamics) each take one end of a double ended dildo into their mouths and try to meet in the middle to "kiss". Essentially trying to gag each other out. The fun of the act is for the switches to both quickly oscillate between the feeling of dominating their partner to being dominated.
