Tentacle Sandwiche 

An 'outie' vagina, that has flaps coming out of nowhere, that resemble tentacles. This is on the oposite side of the scale compared to a 'front bum'. Ideally you want something between the two extremes.

I went down on that girl, and I had quite the tentacle sandwiche to deal with. Was getting hit from all sides.
