An attractive gay or queer man, typically of Latin descent, sought after by straight men for having traditionally feminine body features (such as curvy waist, big butt or big lips.)

Not to be confused with cross-dressers, transgender, or transexual people.

All the straight hombres go after the Honitos when they can't get a girl to fuck them.
