Tweeb 

A person in their early 20's who thinks they've graduated to adulthood but still think and behave like a teenager. Not all "20 somethings" are tweebs; just the ones who are still stuck in the adolescent mental and emotional stages of development.

"Why are you wasting your time trying to explain how you feel to a tweeb?"
