Some who uses illegal fishing techniques such as following: snaggletoothing the fish, snagging the fish, netting the fish, using dynamite; and then claims to have caught the fish legally.
Mark and I could not catch any fish so he snaggletoothed the fish; then bragged to all of his friends how good of a fisherman he was. What a Pikador.
