Hancock

A plumber who is good at working with people. Typically involved in projects within the downtown area, Hancock is usually the guy to see when it comes to drugs or pipes.

Nicole: "Hey Hancock, let's get that pipe fixed!"

Hancock: "Hell yeah, I can't wait to finish this Aqua project."
