Goshorry

a word used to express when you're feeling awful for keeping someone from doing something of high importance. You experience gosh and feeling truly sorry for being inconsiderate toward their needs.

nancy: Joe really needed to go to bed early and i feel so bad because i kept him up late.
sally: oh no, poor Joe.
