A JIGGLYPUFF is the action that one performs when they have a toke of a joint and end up jiggling/shaking from trying to keep the toke in their lungs for too long.
"Man, did you see Billy last night? He was jigglypuffing on every toke!! Perhaps he should give up the ganja."
