An employee, usually a woman, that can't be fired because one person thinks that she is invaluable, yet unbelievably annoying to every other employee who just want to burn her at the stake like joan of arc.

Missy cleans the toilets once a week and acts like she is the bees knees, why can't she just die like joan of arc did?
