Bloodbathing

masking the true intended meaning of a terroristic threat or call to violence in a contrived context, preserving plausible deniability.
A tyrant wants to call his supporters to violence. Start with his true intended meaning:

"I want someone to murder my enemy."

He now adds context to change the meaning of "murder." The context could be that a "cutthroat lawyer" working for the tyrant defeated an enemy in court that day. The tyrant says in a public speech:

"John totally murdered Crooked Valerie in court today, wasn't that incredible? Never seen anything like it. He's a real cutthroat lawyer and that's why I like him. More people should do that to Crooked Valerie, wouldn't that be nice? Solve most of the world's problems right there. Great job today, John."

This is bloodbathing. The tyrant is intentionally vague about what he means would be "nice," but by saying more of it would "solve most of the world's problems" and using the word "cutthroat" to evoke a violent mental image, the tyrant has effectively told his most rabid supporters he means for them to literally kill Valerie. They are amenable because they have been conditioned for years to believe Valerie is pure evil. The courtroom context allows the tyrant to preserve plausible deniability and evade prosecution.

"It's INSANE the way the Loser Left has twisted my words Out Of Context like I asked people to kill someone. I clearly said Crooked Valerie got murdered IN COURT and Obviously the World would be a much better place if she lost more cases. It's nothing but a MURDER HOAX! Shame on them and the Fake News Media! Covfefe!"
