Climbing term, the act of sqaushing the toe bit of your foot in to whatever space is available to progress through the route

Climbing term: to do something statically (slowly and with full control), but also dynamically (basically, jump)

Jo: Man, I just can't figure out if I need to jump to that hold or if I should be crunching in real slow and going carefully?

Mike: I see, have you tried going stynamic?
