slumcave

A comfortable sanctuary designed chiefly for the enjoyment slovenly pastimes, such as watching movie marathons, or enjoying a hangover or comedown. May be a cushion fort, day-bed or similarly padded couch-like hollow. Must be sufficiently warm and padded such that it is easier to stay in than leave.
May also provide temporary accommodation and convenient spoonerism for one's cumslave.

Ed: Did you go to Ben's place after the party?

Sam: Yeah, we spent all day in the slumcave watching 80s movies.

n. The faculty which is required to complete basic manual tasks. Often impaired by hangovers, substance abuse, etc. One may have the concentration required, but not the functional ability, or vice-versa.

a portmanteau of functionality and concentration.
