Slang for "no tension". In other words, "chill", or "take it easy". Stuff like that! Has its origins in New Horizon Public School in Bangalore (India), sometime in the late 90s/early 2000s.

Guy 1: Dude, this code is too complicated!
Guy 2: No tenshu, dude. I'll fix it.
