A sigh of exasperation, apathy, happiness or really any emotion. Can be seen as an exaggerated form of "K". The use of ka as a suffix can be used to indicate the degree of apathy.

Peter: Hey Kevin, do you wanna come over to my place and study for our english exam?
Kevin: Kakoi, ceebs not in the mood.

Jim: Nice ten page essay Pete.
Pete: KOIII, more like 2 pages, idk what you're on.
