A self taken picture, commonly used as Myspace or Facebook profile pictures. The picture is usually taken at an angle by the user, using a digital camera or cell phone camera. Can also be taken pointing the camera at a mirror.

Jane took a myspace mugshot of herself by using her cell phone's camera, pointed at herself.
