Derived from the video in which David Hasselhoff eats Wendy's (possibly a Big Bacon Classic) on the floor, drunk. Used to describe an incredibly trashy, yet commendable act; classless.

"Did you see that Hoff video on youtube?"

"Totes. That, my friend, is big bacon class."
