a complete whore who plans to wear togas (or something in particular) to school with only her toga bitch friends

this phrase is meant to describe devil's spawn regina georges of high school who are really just plotting to kill everyone in the school and fuck over everyone

also, when you tell someone that she's evil, they don't believe you and you're left in awe and helpless forever.

"omg that toga bitch just pushed me into a dumpster!"
