an absolute giga-chad. gets all the bitches without even trying. a sillynarf is someone who is VERY silly and probably one of the best people ever. if you're a sillynarf it means you can sound blunt at times, but there's usually no bad intent there bc ur awesome. sillynarfs often love batman (and dc in general) so if you mention it around them WATCH OUT.
