A human right or privilege, that was stolen by the government or surrendered to the government out of fear or compulsion, and then has been sold back to the bearer.

Human beings possess a God-given right to travel, hunt, fish, or establish a business, but, to operate a motor vehicle, shoot deer, attempt to catch a trout, or set up a coffee shop, the law requires a license.
