Cusimano

A way of telling someone that they're fucked. When translated from Italian to English it says "cusick" a.k.a. see you sick. Usually shortened to "Cusi".

Person 1: I didn't study for my exams!

Person 2: Ha, cusimano.

Person 1: I know right.
