Slang term for a Drag Queen who is very attractive and well put together in both male and female form. Sometime's their "feathers" are up, sometime's they're down, but they are always pretty.

"You think she's hot now? You should see her as a boy. He's a total peacock!"

Rockin the Prop8

Drag Queen vernacular for acting in a manner that is hateful without logic or reason, and needlessly bitter.

Me: Girl your mug is busted. (translation: You're ugly.)
Vivikka: You gonna get on board with this, or you just gonna stay rockin the prop8 over there. (translation: You gonna start being friendly, or just sit over there being hateful and bitter for no reason?)
