Cham is any food containing cheese and ham.

For all I know this word could be ancient but as far as im concerned this word was invented at Pepe and Tito's in Ibiza.

Cham Sandwich...otherwise known as a Chamwich...

oooh...and try Tesco's where they actually sell Cham slices!!
