When your supervisor is 30 minutes late wrapping up their previous meeting... meaning you have been waiting for them to join yours for 30 minutes.

Hopefully we can get this meeting completed on time. Not looking great, we're getting seitzed and haven't even started yet.

The act of using the elliptical machine to add tone and definition to one's pectoral muscles.

That flabby boy needs to elliptificate a bit on the chest, I think.
