A young lesbian. Analogous to a gay twink or twinkie, although the girl version is never cream filled. Can be identified by the flat billed hat, multiple tattoos, wife beater and high top sneakers.
Abby: OMG! Is that Justin Bieber over there?! I'm totally gonna go make out with him!
