Someone from the region of Calabria in Italy. Usually has very bad taste in home decor and clothing, e.g., plastic coverings on chairs, tacky Sicilian carts, 2" acrylic nails, bright pink lipstick.

Mrs. Scuito's new orange blouse with pineapples was classic calabrese.
