Packet-poos 

It's the phenomenon that occurs to certain individuals after purchasing drugs. They immediately get the urge to run for the bathroom before consuming their drugs. This phenomenon does not occur to everyone, as only specific people will feel this urge.

Charlie: Let's smoke a joint, dude.
Bob: Maybe after I take a shit, okay?
Charlie: You always get the packet-poos before smoking one.
