Noun. An experienced connection between unseen realms and physical realities, often provoked by arts of touch and the alchemy of nature. Modalities include traditional medicine, herbalism, bodywork, conjuration and incantation.

Verb. Invocated realizations and epiphanies between the mind, body and Holy Spirit.

One time, I remember entering a trance-like state because I was in so much pain after a surgery. Behind closed eyes I cried out for help and then five ancestors crowded around. They each placed a hand on one of my limbs, another hand rested on my forehead, as they listed herbs and others to gather and boil. That moment was definitely synchronic.
