technically a suffix meaning "
flow" or "discharge", "the rrhea" is just a shortening of
the word "diarrhea" (
four syllables). it's as simple as that.
example 1:
p1 - "hey man, i think i've got the rrhea...i'
m gonna go
dominate your toilet."
p2 - "dude fuck you! go use your own toilet!"
example 2:
p1 - "i'll
never eat at mcdonald's again."
