Pertaining to someone who likes to flaunt his "
intelligence," but then does something that would
lead anyone to believe that he/she is a total
moron.
Dang I felt so Sivvy today when I tried to go out the "in" door on that bus and got lost in downtown
London for HOURS. I wish I had seen the sign or listened to the
people describing which door was for which direction or moved with all of the
people I was with.
