ProCD is a conjunction of 'professional' and 'OCD' (obsessive compulsive disorder). It describes a person that is hyper-organized at work in a positive sense.
1: 'Dang bro, the lab is way more organized (and less likely to explode) since you hired that prOCD shorty Veronica'
