When an individual, generally referring to women, dresses modest but not excessively. Dressing moderately modest includes; not revealing cleavage, wearing shorts/skirts/dresses not much higher than mid thigh, allowing some belly to show.
Sarah is wearing a crop top and high waisted jeans. She always wears cute moderately modest outfits.
