Seacrest out 

A way to end a conversation with your home boys; whether on the phone, texting, etc. It use to be "gay", but now it's funny and a smartass way to end the dialogue, and let your buds know that you are tired and need to hit the sack. Based on the radio DJ Ryan Seacrest's catchphrase, when he ends his show: "Seacrest Out."
I was tired of texting with Kurt, on whether Michigan State deserved to be in the Final Four, so I just ended it with "Seacrest Out."

ball and chain baby 

(noun) when a female gets pregnant on purpose, with the hope that the baby daddy will then marry her. Once a wife, women are often referred to as "the old ball and chain" because they keep a guy held down; away from his friends; "imprisoned."
Tiffany lied to Marquez about being on birth control, and now she's going to have her little ball and chain baby--but there's no way that Marquez is going to marry her.

A Mexican, Central American, Hispanic, etc. female who is pregnant. Mexicans are often referred to as "beaners" (because they eat beans and tortillas) and "pod" refers to the fact that the woman is pregnant (pea pod).
Immigration caught 15 illegals outside of El Paso, with several of the women being bean-pods.

rice and beans 

A Japanese made car (Toyota, Honda, etc.) filled up with Mexicans; Hispanics; etc. (Mexicans are referred to as "beaners", as their diet is often made up of beans and tortillas). Rice is a main staple of the Japanese diet, so many of Japanese-based items have a rice moniker associated with that item (e.g.: "rice-burner" refers to a fast Japanese car).
As we were driving through Juarez my brother said: "Check out the rice and beans next to us." I looked out to see a Toyota Corolla pack full of the locals.

corn rows 

noun: nickname for the rows of students, lining the court, at the University of Michigan basketball games (wearing "maize" colored shirts; maize is corn and the UM colors are "maize and blue")
When Michigan hit a game winning 3-pointer, at the buzzer, the "corn rows" went crazy.
