Someone, especially a female, who acts tough, hardcore or is a bitch to hide their emotional insecuries or weaknesses. Tough on the outside, soft on the inside

She always acts tough and rips into everyone else, but it doesn't take much to make her burst into tears. What a burnt cookie.
