Aldebaran

Aldebaran describes a person with a disfigured face. Add glasses to the face and the person will appear to look like a clown, remove the glasses and they look quite wrong.

Can be shortened to Alde, because everybody just wants to fucking shorten things nowadays

Look at his face, i don't know how to describe it?
he has an alde-like (aldebaran-like) face!
