Cowbell Ring

Used as a means to raise a risk against a project. If I ring the cowbell it means I’m bringing up a risk

1. “Let’s not let the cowbell ring.”
2. “How do we prevent this issue from ringing the cowbell”
3. Ram and Tom rang the cowbell for the project due to all of the late regressions from the development team.
