Pronounced as 'loo-jur'.
If some S. Korean bitch refers a guy as a luser,

that guy has a hight lower than 180cm because she

thinks short guys are not worthy of having a dick.

Lee Do Gyung says,
"We live in an era of looks and hight is one´s
competitiveness.
I think short men are lusers.
I'm 170cm tall, so a guy should be at least 180cm tall."
