A chub is the state of a man's penis when it is halfway between flaccid and fully erect.

Me: Man, I was laying on the beach yesterday and this gay guy checking me out had a chub in his Speedo. The bulge was obvious.
Friend:What did you do?
Me: Not much I started getting a chub too so I rolled over onto my stomach to hide it.
