Frisco Speedball

a mixture of cocaine, heroin, and LSD. a variation on the classic speedball, which is simply a mixture of cocaine and heroin for intravenous injection. taken from the idea that LSD was first widely popular in the Haight-Ashbury section of San Francisco in the 1960's.

I really don't think anybody does Frisco Speedballs anymore, and that's just sad.

fall out

action verb specifically describing a drug overdose, usually from heroin, benzodiazepines, or a combination of both.

I think she's about to fall out from that dope she just shot.
