mandyke 

A male that acts like a little bitch. Could also be a nickname. Mainly used just for fun. Sometimes a dis... or could be a compliment.

i.e. Quit bein such a "mandyke" and drink it!

i.e. Person 1: Hi, what is your name?
Person 2: They call me Mandyke!

i.e. (In perhaps a game of Madden or other similar situations.) "Hey nice play mandyke. Just don't let it happen again.
