When Something or Someone is so adorable you can't stand it.

The feeling of restraining overwhelming affection because the urge to hug and squeeze with all one's might could actually harm the subject

"I shwaw you so much!" i.e. babies, puppies

or

SHWAW!!! (while squeezing hands and/or gritting teeth)
