ratfink 

A bastard modifier. A person exhibiting especially abhorrent levels of bastardry is known as a "ratfink bastard." Alternately, for a milder offense, the term "ratfink" can be used independently of bastard.

Do you know where Jared is? Next time you see him, tell that ratfink bastard I'm going to tear out his scrotum for knocking up my sister.

Timmy's the kind of lazy ratfink that leaves half a sheet of toilet paper on the roll just so he doesn't have to replace it with a new one.
