A rapelcloff is what Kanye West uses to have sex with gay fish. Only Kanye West is allowed the use of a rapelcloff, no other fish (homosexual or hetrosexual) may use a rapelcloff. It is impossible for other animals to use a rapelcoff as it is inserted through the gill.
