A person who will compulsively argue with you no matter what your opinion is. Derived from a guy like this who always wore the same ugly black toque everyday.

person 1: (sees really hot girl in a bar) dude, check out that chick over there, got to be the hottest girl in the whole bar.
person 2: meh she's okay
Person 1: quit being such a black toque!
