Rechta is a delicious dish made from fresh artisanal vermicelli, it kinda looks like noodles but it's smaller, it's typical of the eastern maghreb and in particular the symbolic dish of Algiers cuisine. It can be cooked with chicken and vegetables (zucchini, turnips, carrots..)
"NMOUT 3LA RECHTA" ("I'll die for rechta" in arabic)
