Verb. To look at oneself in a mirror, while masturbating, and pointing at the mirror (at ones own reflection) while saying "You the man, you the man (insert name of person)!"

Person 1: "Did you hear about Billy?"
Person 2: "No, what did he do!?"
Person 1: "He was caught roching in Harry's house on Friday!"
Person 2: "FUCK! Embarrassing for him. He's weird for even doing that shit!"
