Mettatate

The act or practice where an individual Mettatates, in order to promote relaxation, compassion, patience or mindfulness. The most common technique is done by sending suggestive photos of ones' genitalia or through other methods of sensual arousal through text messages, Snapchat, Instagram, and other social apps.

When I had grown tired of all 500 Meditation techniques in my app, I switched and Mettatated instead!
