thirst buddy

A person with whom one shares equal amounts of thirst, or sexual frustration, and agrees to mutually bemoan said thirst with their thirst buddy. Usually good friends, often partial to assisting one another in quenching their thirst, but not always.

"Yeah, Jack and I haven't gotten any action ever, so we're like, each other's thirst buddy."
