Rich, snobby kids with rich parents who take their luxuries for granted. Prep girls tend to wear skinny jeans and some form of layered tank/blouse. Prep girls are also almost always seen screaming and/or hugging. Guys tend to have skater hair, wear t-shirts from Hollister, Abercrombie, etc., and have plaid shorts.
Most preppy kids are lost in their own preppy world and often act very narcisstic without knowing it themselves. Quite a number of them will think people who don't dress/act like them are "emo" or "goth". They love mainstream music.
Preppy girls tend to be gossippy and will often give non-preppy girls they don't know dirty looks.
Preppy kids are ALWAYS favoured by teachers (no exceptions.) although no one says this. Ever.
