The Hughes Effect

When a person is that attractive that it actually begins to affect your mental state. The Hughes Effect is only possessed by a few, but when encountered - you may find yourself longingly staring and admiring their assets from afar, as your too intimidated by their beauty to actually communicate with them.

"Hey, why don't you FINALLY speak to Nicholas?"
"I can't, he gives me The Hughes Effect!"
